Roell is the CEO and Chairman of Geary Group, which is a holding company that focuses in next generation Internet marketing services. Geary Group was born in 2010 out of the growth and expansion of Geary Interactive.
The company has grown and thrived ever since it was established. Roell is partly responsible for this growth as he has built and developed a very well-made corporate strategy. Under his place at the helm, Geary Group became well-known and it's now among the largest independent Internet marketing services of the country.
Geary Group's array of services is very comprehensive, with offerings such as online marketing, media buying, search engine optimization, website design and development, pay per click management and reputation management. Although Geary's strategies are a combination of different methods, the company maintains a simple philosophy, which is improving the experience of site visitors and converting them into customers.

Even prior to his appointment to member of the board, Roell already had a role in the AAF. He was the governor of the AAF's south-western region and was part of the online lead generation board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau or IAB.
Geary Interactive has been around for a long time, but did you know Roell also co-founded another company? Prime Player is the first sports participation portal in the Web. Roell's job involved developing website and revenue streaming strategies as well as usability configuration. What's more, Roell handled partnerships with other organizations related to their niche, including HealthSouth and ESPN.
